- Exchanged an apartment building for a single tenant industrial building.
- Developed a retail project that included a bank and a restaurant.
- Leased, re-positioned and purchased a multi-tenant industrial project.
- Converted a restaurant into a retail bank branch as a fee developer.
- Provided consulting services to The Nagy Group on troubled assets and receivership's.
Prior to founding Haskell Properties, Mr. Haskell served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Seeley Company (Colliers International Property Consultants) departing in 1998. During his fifteen years, Seeleygrew from a four location industrial boutique to a ten-office full service commercial brokerage company serving the five counties of greater Los Angeles. In 1998 the company employed over 200 people who completed over $1,500,000,000 worth of office, industrial, retail, and investment transactions and managed over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial properties. The firm was listed by the Los Angeles Business Journal as the fifth largest commercial real estate brokerage in the area at the time. Other accomplishments included:
- Increasing share holder value by over 400%
- Creating an implemented strategic plans that resulted in revenue growth from $6,000,000 to over $42,500,000
- Recruiting outside directors to the board
- Converting the corporate structure from "C" to "S"
- Facilitating the transfer of stock that resulted in the number shareholders increasing from 10 to 31
- Exceeding the growth and profit gals of the business plan during the 1990-1993 recession
Mr. Haskell began his real estate career as an industrial salesperson with Grubb & Ellis Company. In 1978, he was promoted to vice president/ district manager of the recently opened South Bay (Los Angeles) office. His contributions included:

- Doubled office revenue in 4 years
- Initiated a 50% turnover in sales staff
